Temporary Lockdown Issued

Lawrence County High School (including the IMPACT Center and LCTCC), Monticello Elementary School, and Rod Paige Middle School are currently on lockdown due to the escape of an inmate from the Lawrence County Jail. There is no immediate threat, but no visitors are allowed to enter the buildings, and students may not be checked out at this time.
