As the school interventionist and lead teacher, I play a dual role in supporting student achievement and strengthening instructional practices across the school. I identify academic and behavioral gaps through data analysis and implement targeted interventions to help students reach their full potential. In addition, I collaborate closely with teachers to model effective strategies, provide instructional support, and promote consistency in classroom practices. As a leader, I help guide curriculum implementation, support professional growth, and foster a positive, student-centered learning environment. Through collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to excellence, I work to ensure both students and teachers are supported and successful.
